Michael Hanson
President & Co-Founder, US Army Retired, Adapted PE Coach
Michael has had a driving passion to help “the underdog” his entire life. He has worked with people with disabilities, both in and outside the military, and understands the challenges of both physical and mental disabilities.

Charles "Chuck" Cosnowski
Treasurer & Co-Founder, US Air Force Retired, Caretaker
Chuck has been involved with caring for special needs for over 20 years. He understands the struggles that caretakers experience and offers knowledge and solutions to the community.

D. Mikel Fraley
Secretary, US Air Force Veteran, Registered Nurse
Danny (Mikel) Fraley has dedicated his life to community service. Mikel served in the United States Air Force as both an enlisted airmen and a commissioned officer. Mikel holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership where he has practiced in multiple care settings and currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for a physical rehabilitation facility. Mikel’s research has also been published in the American Journal of Infection Control and Prevention and The Journal of Vascular Access. Mikel has presented best practices at 4 national conferences and is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses Circle of Excellence. Mikel has over 20 years of experience working with and caring for individuals and families with special needs.

Jessica Fraley
Fundraising, Holistic Health Practitioner
Jessica has cared for special needs children and adults her entire life while growing up with a mother who was a caretaker. Her father’s difficulties as a disabled veteran has guided her to find integrated solutions for those with disabilities.
